1, pre-operation inspection and preparations: 1) Check the gearbox and lubrication oil (grease) the adequacy of the good. 2) Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant and electrical components wiring is solid, power supply voltages (380V ± 10%). 3) Check the ministries bolts are tightened, especially moving parts join, if loose should be tightened immediately. 4) Check the wire rope is neatly arranged on the roll, if loose should be re-wrapped well. 5) Check the precast concrete plant, hopper and rail rack for foreign material accumulation. 6) Check the hopper detent pin is inserted in the pin pulled out kit.
